Refund Policy

Cupcakes, Themed Cakes, and Simple Cakes: According to food safety regulations in Australia, we cannot accept returns as these are food items. If you have any kind of concern with your order, please take photos and contact me directly via email or phone to discuss so I can help resolve the situation.

Sprinklings: According to food safety regulations in Australia, we cannot accept returns as these are food items. Once the order has been dispatched returns won’t be accepted, refunds will only be issued if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is not as specified on the website. If you have any kind of concern with your order, please take photos and contact me directly via email or phone to discuss so I can help resolve the situation.
Pick up only- you can choose your preferred pick up time during check out.  Available with 2 days or more notice.

You can choose from Signature chocolate cake, signature vanilla cake or a mix of both, now available as gluten free too! They come with buttercream of one or two colours with decorative piping and a selection of sprinklings- please indicate your colour choice in the text box below.

This item is as described and can not be customised other than the options offered below.  This item contains wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, almond and soy and may contain traces of other items which are also used in this kitchen.
This is a custom made order and as such can not be refunded once you have placed your order.
