Caldera.CAKING Wedding Expo Giveaway
1. The Prize

The winner will receive a $250 credit toward a wedding cake order with Caldera.CAKING.

The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No minimum spend is required to redeem the credit.
2. Eligibility & Entry

Entry Method: Entry is exclusive to attendees of Your Local Wedding Guide weding expo who registered via the official QR code.

Location: The wedding must take place within Calderacaking’s serviced areas (greater Brisbane area). Delivery fees still apply.

Entrants must be 18 years or older. Limit of one entry per person.
3. Timeline & Expiry

Entries Close: February 3rd, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

The Draw: The winner will be selected via random selection on February 5th, 2026.

Expiry: The credit must be redeemed for a wedding taking place on or before December 31st, 2028.
4. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at registration within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, a redraw may occur.
5. Availability
Redemption is subject to Calderacaking’s availability for the chosen wedding date. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.
PREDESIGNED CAKE OPTIONS-
These items are handmade and as such the colours, textures and finish may differ slightly from the picture. These items contain wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, almond and soy and may contain traces of other items which are also used in this kitchen. These are custom-made and cannot be refunded once you have placed your order. On collection you will be presented with the cake in premium condition, as you leave with the cake you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake, please ensure you follow the cake handling instructions.
SPRINKLINGS-
These items are handmade and as such the colours, textures and finish may differ slightly from the picture. These items contain sugar, water, agar, vegetable oil, and edible lustre dust. They are processed in the same kitchen that also uses gluten, dairy, egg, almond and soy. While great care is taken to avoid contamination, they may contain traces of these and other general kitchen ingredients.
