PREDESIGNED CAKE OPTIONS- According to food safety regulations in Australia, we cannot accept returns as these are food items. If you have any kind of concern with your order, please take photos and contact me directly via email or phone to discuss so I can help resolve the situation.

Once the order has been dispatched returns won’t be accepted, refunds will only be issued if we have sent you a wrong item or if the item is not as specified on the website.
