Cupcakes, Themed Cakes, and Simple Cakes: According to food safety regulations in Australia, we cannot accept returns as these are food items. If you have any kind of concern with your order, please take photos and contact me directly via email or phone to discuss so I can help resolve the situation.

Once the order has been dispatched returns won’t be accepted, refunds will only be issued if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is not as specified on the website. If you have any kind of concern with your order, please take photos and contact me directly via email or phone to discuss so I can help resolve the situation.

This package includes your choice of flavour from the menu and a buttercream custom design with a textured finish from one of the following- semi-naked, fully iced in smooth, textured, watercolour, ombre, palate knife finishes, stencilling and basic piping styles. And the addition of of flowers, these can be clusters of buttercream flowers; organic pressed flowers; or a cluster of fresh seasonal flowers. Specific flower varieties and larger amounts of coverage can be quoted individually.
Your cake will be presented on a white cake board and in a professional box.

Small Standard Height- 5" across the top of the cake and 6" tall- gives 12 dessert portions (2"x1.5"x3") or 24 coffee portions (1"x1.5"x3")
Medium Standard Height- 6" across the top of the cake and 6" tall- gives 18 dessert portions (2"x1.5"x3") or 36 coffee portions (1"x1.5"x3")
Large Standard Height- 7" across the top of the cake and 6" tall- gives 24 dessert portions (2"x1.5"x3") or 48 coffee portions (1"x1.5"x3")
Grand Standard Height- 8" across the top of the cake and 6" tall- gives 36 dessert portions (2"x1.5"x3") or 72 coffee portions (1"x1.5"x3")
Large Extended Height- 7" across the top of the cake and 9" tall- gives 34 dessert portions (2"x1"x4.5") or 68 coffee portions (1"x1"x4.5")
Grand Extended Height- 8" across the top of the cake and 9" tall- gives 48 dessert portions (2"x1"x4.5") or 96 coffee portions (1"x1"x4.5")
